We love our team.  Read about them here and you’ll probably love them too.

Adam Duckworth has been involved in family ministry for nearly ten years beginning right out of high school. Adam completed a Language Arts and Public Relations degree from the University of Toledo and then went directly into full-time ministry in Michigan. He is currently the Minister to Children and Families at First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale. In the summertime, you can find Adam hosting and teaching at Camp KidJam. He and his wife, Katelyn, love to spend their free time fueling their obsession with all things Disney.
Wyndi Labrecque grew up with a pastor as a father and began volunteering with children at an early age. She has led children and students from birth through college. Wyndi has served the church locally and internationally to help train family ministry leaders. As part of Orange, she enjoys the opportunity to help parents better connect with their children and students by serving on the creative team for Camp KidJam and writing for XP3. As a new wife and mother of a beautiful baby boy, she’s looking forward to putting what she’s learned at Orange into practice!
Brandon O’Dell is a professional actor with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Shorter College. He has been performing as host of Kidstuf at Buckhead Church and Browns Bridge Community Church for six years. He began writing Family Production as a freelance writer before joining Orange in 2007. He currently writes Family Production scripts, Large Group curriculum, and the scripts for Studio 252. In August 2009, Brandon and his wife, Rachel, welcomed their first daughter, Lydia Jane, into the Orange family.
Jeffrey Reed worked in secular production for TV and radio, including the 1996 Olympics and was then called into full-time ministry. Jeffrey has worn many hats: student pastor, children’s pastor, worship leader, and executive pastor. He also serves as a consultant to churches across the country for ministry and curriculum development. He specializes in working with churches that have limited or no resources. Jeffrey is a regular speaker at the Orange Conference and Camp KidJam. He and his wife, Katherine, have been married for 15 years and have four children. You can check out an occasional blog post from Jeffrey at http://www.jeffreyreed.org. Oh, and Jeffrey likes Disney more than Adam.
Dan Scott recently joined the creative team at Orange. While he’s got hands in all sort of creative endeavors, he primarily serves as the Art Director for 252Basics, Executive Producer of GetReel 2.0 videos and hosts some weeks of Camp KidJam. Dan has worn several hats through the years including camp director, elementary teacher, children’s pastor, and semi-pro blogger and speaker. He loves all things kidmin and was recently named one of Children’s Ministry Magazines’ 20 leaders to watch. Dan is crazy about music. He literally needs a dedicated hard-drive for the 350+ GB of music for his iTunes. Dan and his wife Jenna live in Cumming, GA and have four amazing kids: Liam, Ellison, Addison, and Taye.
Mike Sloop has an industrial engineering degree from Georgia Tech, a Master’s in environmental engineering from N.C. State, and a teaching certificate from North Georgia College and State University. He has a passion for all things science and loves engaging kids with exciting, hands-on experiments. Mike has taught physical and earth science for the past nine years in Georgia, and was Forsyth County’s 2006 Teacher of the Year. Throughout the school year he works with high schoolers at his church and then navigates the experiment-laden waters of the MythBusters track at camp during the summers. In 2009, Mike and his wife, Sarah, welcomed their son, Brady, to the CKJ family. Needless to say, Brady is already a huge fan of Camp KidJam.
Colette (Coco) Taylor is the Executive Production Director and the Director of Camp KidJam at Orange. She was the Director of Family Ministry at North Point Community Church for 10 years. She oversaw all of the Grow Up conferences and played an integral part in developing all of the family ministry environments. She produces the Orange Conference and produced Catalyst in Atlanta this past October. Coco has two beautifully talented daughters; Kristi is 27 (and writing this bio) and Jessica who is 18. She lives in North Georgia with my dad… I mean, her husband, of 28 years.
Kristi Taylor is the Assistant Director of Camp KidJam and also helps to plan the Orange Tour. She received her BA in Musical Theatre from Samford University in Birmingham, Ala. While at Samford, Kristi worked with the Summer Theatre Camp for three years and had the opportunity to teach Creative Drama and perform at several Birmingham City schools. Kristi currently lives in Atlanta and hopes to earn her Master’s in Theatre for Young Audiences someday. Her life-long dream is to start a performing arts center for under-priveledged kids in downtown Atlanta. And one last thing, GO DAWGS!!
Ricky Wise has worked in youth ministry for over ten years and it’s because of his passion for lovin’ on kids on behalf of Jesus Christ and sharing the gospel. Because of his passion, he was sucked into the Orange bubble when he met Colette and Kristi in 2008. He officially joined Orange in 2009 as the Assistant Camp Director of Camp KidJam. He’s married to the lovely Jasmine Wise and they have a beautiful daughter Gabriella (3) and a son Josiah (brand spanking new).
Michael Wahl is the proud father of three amazing girls, Brittney (11), Bailey (9), and Bethany (7). He has been married to his best friend Starla for 13 years. Michael served in the Army and somewhere between the Army and college, he lost his hair (if you find it please let him know). He’s currently the Family Pastor at Hope Church in Dallas, Ga, where he is the proud mastermind behind hundreds of pranks, has created crazy games, and has been relating to children and sudents for over 15 years. Michael loves to skydive, scuba dive, and sometimes he even likes to do the swan dive. But, most of all he loves to share the love of Christ in a relevant and fun way.
