Affordable pricing allows a church to bring leaders from each age-group ministry where they can participate in a breakout that concentrates on their area.

If you register at least two weeks prior to the event, you’ll receive an early bird rate of $59/person. Any registration after two weeks prior to the event, will be $69/person. Please see the chart below for exact registration dates and pricing.

3-hour Gathering

Each 3-hour Gathering is $15/person, including lunch.

Payment Details

Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or check.
When paying with credit card, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time of registration.

When paying with check, you will receive an invoice by email for the full amount at the time you register. We must receive a check (by mail or eCheck) for the full amount within 30 days of your registration or by the event date, whichever comes first.

If we do not receive your full payment according to these guidelines, your tickets will be released without notification, and cancellations fees will be applied. If you elect to pay by check and then cancel your tickets before your check has been sent, you are still obligated to pay the cancellation fees that are due. Cancellation Details

There is a $25 fee per registration if canceling more than a week prior to the event. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations within one week of each event. Please see the chart below for exact dates.

You may transfer your registration to another person within your church or organization at any time without penalty. Transferring or reselling your tickets to another person outside your church or organization will forfeit your entire registration. All cancellations must be made online at
