XP3 College shifts the traditional definition of a mentor to more of a “non-mentor” mentorship, one that is based on mutual fascination and transformation. For more about this non-mentor mentorship, download this audio from “The College Leader,” Chuck Bomar’s breakout from Orange 2010.

About XP3 College

We want to help you start a conversation. XP3 College provides Conversation Guides to help facilitate dialog between adults (mentors) and those of college-age (18-25).

There are many ways people are using these Guides to bridge the gap between generations. Through one-on-one relationships at a coffee shop, restaurant, or home. Through small groups meetings. Through college-age classes or groups in the church.

XP3 College believes that every person of every age needs to experience three things—wonder, discovery and passion.

XP3 College believes in mutual fascination.

XP3 College helps provide a sense of belonging.

XP3 College promotes transformation through conversation, not scripts.
